The survey had a total of 10 participants and 10 responses.

FINDINGS

OPPORTUNITY
-
Won’t be a wide product, but it’s a product that could significantly help a small group of people who are experiencing disturbances in their sleep due to nightmares
-
Opportunity to tap into a market of individuals who suffer from frequent nightmares

RECOMMENDATIONS
Create a product that helps people sleep better, dream less/have nightmares less, and reduce stress levels
Pre-bedtime meditation app that aims to decrease occurrence of nightmares by lowering stress levels
Although people may not be having nightmares, a pre-bedtime meditation can help them reduce their overall stress levels

NEXT STEPS
Analyze competitors
Research competitors
Create a prototype
Test the prototype with people to see if it reduces their amount of nightmares and decreases stress levels

CHALLENGE
I researched about the relationship among dreams, stress, and waking life. It seems like a relationship existed so I created the survey to test the hypothesis from the sample group. By analyzing the survey result, we researched the market and found an opportunity to tap into a market of individuals who suffer from frequent nightmares by creating the product that people sleep better and reduce stress levels.
